Today the boys worked brilliantly together solving problems, collaborating with storytelling, and compromising during Floortime by combining Bingo and Lego's- a.k.a. Bingo Bots! The morning entailed rotating Math centres with Ms. Dakota's class, Physical Education with Ms. Dakota and Ms. Jessica's class, dancing and bilateral movements, Floortime (Bingo Bots), and retelling a story. It was full on but loads of fun!
In the afternoon we got right into Minute to Win It, which is a big hit right now! We then played Jeopardy during Social Skills going over our emotions, things that bug us, what we do during difficult social situations, and how to treat our friends. It was a great lively session followed by time in the Sensory Gym. One of our friends showed the other two his blue prints for his very own obstacle course that he made at home. All of our friends then got to try out the super cool course! Lastly, we did some regulation and played Bingo Bots yet again!
