The boys began the day by getting right down to business! They all worked so well going over our morning routine. Mr. Evan was our teacher today and led the class through time (past, present, and future), calendar work (years, months, days, and weeks), emotions and feelings, morning greetings, and we looked at all f our super hero costumes.
After morning circle we played Kingscourt/ Dodgeball with our friends form St. Judes. Everyone had a blast and did so well working together with students from St. Judes. The boys got to work on hand-eye coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, motor planning, fine and gross motor skills,
proprioception skills, vestibular and bilateral movements, and balance and coordination.
After snack and recess the boys complete a fun language arts/ math activity where they had to create, draw, colour, write about, and make a special powers fraction wheel for their very own unique Super Hero. They all had some very creative ideas and we had so much fun coming up with our super heroes.

In gym today everyone agreed to play Ball Tag again. It was a fun session that worked on our hand-eye coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, motor planning, fine and gross motor skills,
proprioception skills, vestibular and bilateral movements, and balance and coordination.
In the afternoon for social skills we paired up with Ms. Andrea's class for some Partner Play. Everyone did very well in their play groups and we heard great oral communication skills and dialogue, and saw some great teamwork, creativity, help and support.
It's a bird....It's a plane....It's Superman!
In the sensory gym we worked on our hand-eye coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, motor planning, fine and gross motor skills, proprioception skills, vestibular and bilateral movements, math, time, and rhyming skills, and balance and coordination.
Have a great day gentlemen and see you tomorrow for our St. Patrick's Day Spirit Day!
Mr. Jacob : )
