Hello Parents and Carers!

The boys, Ms. Amber, and I had a fantastic day, full of physical activities and China!

Mr. Evan was our our teacher today and led Mr. Avery through our morning session. Unfortunately, we had two friends away for the morning, and Zachary was ill all day.

During Language Arts we continued to look at and learn about China. We especially focused on the Chinese New Year, and the year of the Monkey. The boys also began making Chinese lanterns and dragons.

In gym today we continued playing the fun team building game called "Backyard". The game utilizes our fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, vestibular and proprioceptive movements, motor planning, and sportsmanship.

The boys were very proud of their CN Tower structure they built out of Lego's during break.

Gymnastics was yet again a huge hit and success for everyone. The boys demonstrated excellent patience, listening skills, and movements in gymnastics today. We worked on our balance and coordination, proprioceptive, vestibular, and bilateral movements, sportsmanship, gross motor skills, and motor planning.
